Resetting Your Password

If you are having trouble logging in, please click “Forgot your password?” on the login page and follow the instructions.

If you would like to change your password, please navigate to www.transitiontn.org/profile and input your new password in the “Password” and “Repeat Password” text boxes. Finally, click the update button.

The Videos Don’t Work. What Should I Do?

If you are at home, please try clearing your web browser’s cache. See your web browser’s support website for information on how to do this. If you are still experiencing problems, try switching to another browser (eg., Chrome, Safari, Firefox). If the problem persists, please let us know at: info@transitiontn.org.

If you are at a school, it is likely that your school blocks vimeo.com. Please contact your administration and ask them to unblock embedded Vimeo videos. This will allow your school to view lessons and other videos on transitiontn.org while still keeping students from visiting vimeo.com.

Please have your IT department follow these steps to unblock embedded Vimeo videos:

    1. Unblock vimeocdn.com, vimeo.com/api, player.vimeo.com
    2. Add vimeocdn.com, vimeo.com/api, player.vimeo.com as Allowed Referrers
    3. Ensure your web filter allows secure (encrypted) requests from vimeo.com

Once it has been unblocked, clear the browser cache (e.g., Chrome, Safari, Firefox) in the browser you are using and reload the website. If you are still experiencing issues, try switching to another browser. If the problem persists, please let us know at: info@transitiontn.org.

I Can’t Find My Certificate

You can find a record of your course progress, including certificates for completed courses on the course progress page. To earn a course certificate, you must pass every quiz in that course with an 80% or better. Some courses only have two lessons while others have up to eight. Clicking the small arrow next to each course name on your course progress page will reveal a progress bar you can use to check how many quizzes you have completed.

How Do I Delete My Account?

You may delete your account along with all related information, including your quiz results, on the profile page. Please be aware that once erased, your account data will not be able to be restored. Additionally, you will no longer be able to access many sections of the website without creating a new account.
