Postsecondary Education Resources
In this forum, representatives from different types of higher education institutions across Tennessee present on the services, programs, and resources available on campus for students with disabilities. In the main presentation, the TN Board of Regents presents a brief overview of the differences between disability services in high school and postsecondary education, Vocational Rehabilitation presents about the ways they can assist with postsecondary training, and Disability Pathfinder presents about how they can connect people with resources in their local area. We have also included recordings of three breakout rooms where representatives discuss services, disclosure, and other supports available at their type of postsecondary program. These breakout rooms are grouped by institution type: University Disability Services Offices, Community College/College of Applied Technology Disability Services Offices, and Specialized Support Programs/Inclusive Higher Education Programs.
