Three for Free: Apps in Transition Service Provision

This webcast introduces three different no-cost applications (apps). One app to address each of the required and optional post-school outcomes for transition (i.e. employment, education, and independent living) will be shared. Additional resources for finding applications for facilitating successful transition activities will be presented as well.
