The presenter will provide valuable information about the many ways Pathfinder helps individuals find community resources and navigate to services through its multilingual helpline, updated website, and media.

Megan Hart is the Program Director of Tennessee Disability Pathfinder (Pathfinder) within the Vanderbilt Kennedy Center. In her role, she is responsible for leading the direction and development of the program by overseeing the daily operations, building collaborations with other agencies, and providing trainings. These efforts aim to increase access to resource information for Tennesseans with disabilities.
Megan has close to 20 years of professional experience working in the disability field, which includes over 12 years at Pathfinder. She lives in Nashville, TN with her family and enjoys reading, drinking mochas, and socializing with friends.
