The lesson plans contained in this section were developed as part of Project Access. They are intended to help deliver a variety of transition instruction and activities to students with disabilities in high school. The content for lessons was developed through teachers and VR Counselors working together to identify a set of topics and important information needed for students in transition to be successful.

Select any topic in the “Lesson Plans” menu, then click any link under each unit to access materials. For example, hover the mouse over “Lesson Plans” then select “Career Options”. Then click “Career Searching – Why Plan?” to download that particular lesson.
